Despite our project in Block D not yet complete, Alexandria needed help to quickly convert office space in the main building (Block A), located on the 3rd floor of 275, Armand-Frappier in Laval. In addition, a new tenant had just signed a lease; therefore, finalizing the work was our foremost priority to accommodate them.

Once again, it is through close collaboration with the leasing team, architects, engineers, the city and all contractors that Lib. delivered this laboratory construction project a few weeks ahead of schedule.
