Renovator of the year in 2019 and 2020, Espé Réno Urbaine is a leader in residential renovations in Montreal. Commercial renovation requiring a completely different set of skills and knowledge, Espé, therefore, decided to entrust Lib. their new head office’s renovation project.

The 2-story building, totaling 5,200 square feet, had to be completely emptied and then rebuilt. The entire interior, as well as the doors and windows, have been replaced.

The ground floor has been arranged in 2 separate spaces: a warehouse space at the rear, for the operational needs of the company, and a customer space at the front, with a showroom and meeting rooms.

Finally, it is on the first floor that the office spaces have been fitted out, comprising open spaces, meeting rooms and a kitchen.
