*Conditions:
1- Space size 5,000sf or less. $0.30 per additional square foot.
2- Drawings of the existing space must be provided in .pdf or .dwg.
3- No revision is included. Any modifications will be invoiced at $130.00/hr.
30 minutes consultation call
During this call, we will ask you about your goal, your specific needs and your budget. Once equipped with this information, we will create a preliminary Technical & Functional Program describing in detail the number and the size of: meeting rooms, workstations, collaborative spaces, cafe, server room, etc.

With this quick and easy online survey, we are able to capture any ideas and opinions your team might have about their existing and future workspace. This exercise not only gives our design team great insight about your organization’s culture, but it also contributes to help with change management.
detailed budget
Once we have clearly defined the project scope, it will be easy for our team to provide you with a preliminary budget detailing everything: design, engineering, permits, demolition, walls, paint, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, decoration, furniture, A/V and IT, even the plants!
Timeline
Are we there yet? Soon… To give you a clear idea of how long should take each step of our optimal design and efficient construction process for your project, we will produce a very detailed and personalized Gantt Chart (…a timeline).
