METRO’s pharmacy division has redesigned its 140,000 sq. ft. offices in Varennes to better accommodate its new telecommuting policy, and thus better accommodate hybrid work. The layout was designed according to the needs of the various departments to allow for both collaboration and concentration.

The proposed solutions allow for a variety of postures throughout the day thanks to the addition of 120-degree height-adjustable desks and informal work areas. In fact, the benches are used as much for working as for meeting.

Bravo to the entire team! The meeting rooms were adapted with additional technology to facilitate virtual meetings.
